How to Install:
Download Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 (according to your windows system) and the Adobe Universal Patcher 1.4 via the link above
Extract the file you have downloaded earlier with WinRAR
Turn off your internet connection
Run the installer Adobe Illustrator CC 2015
When asked to sign-in, select the Sign-in later, then install as usual
Start the Adobe Universal Patcher 1.4, and select Adobe Illustrator CC 2014 (according to your windows system)
Click Patch, it will display a warning Not found
Click Yes> Select amtlib.dll files in the installation folder Adobe Illustrator CC 2015
ex: C: \ Program Files \ Adobe \ Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 \ Support Files \ Contents \ Windows \ amtlib.dll
Now you may turn on the internet connection back
